Family Portal

 In order to communicate with our busy families, the Diocese of Orlando has implemented the use of RenWeb & FACTS SIS to correspond with parents, upload grades, post monthly calendars and announcements, and more. It is imperative that at least one parent has an account through RenWeb, specifically through Family Portal, where you can access your student’s grade reports, posted homework assignments, and vital communication from the school.

This system is also how we keep everyone on the same page with events, policy updates, and details on your child’s holistic educational experience. This hands-on tool empowers our parents to take charge of their student’s education.

Getting Started

Instructions for Creating a NEW Family Portal Login

  • Please go to https://stt-fl.client.renweb.com/pwr

  • After the Family Portal Login screen opens, please select the Create New Family Portal Account hyperlink. The district code should pre-populate but if it does not, please enter STT-FL

  • Enter in the Email field the primary email address that you provided in your application to the school.

  • Click the Create Account button.

  • You will receive an email from FACTS SIS Customer Support containing a link that will allow you to create your username and password. For security purposes, the link will remain active for 6 hours. Please click on the link. A Change/Create Password screen will open. You may use the default username provided or create a new username. Then type in your desired password into the Password field and Confirm field.

  • Click on the Save Username and/or Password button. Close the window, and log into Family Portal as instructed below.
